Dr. Yathendra Madineni is an ECFMG certified Medical Doctor with a diverse background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries as a Clinical Research Coordinator, CRA and Sub Investigator, before foraying into end-to end Pharmacovigilance processes. He has worked in some of the top CROs as a Medical Reviewer, SME, and in the technology vertical facilitating the setup of safety software and departments. Recognizing the need for specialized PV solutions, Dr. Yathendra co-founded 4C Pharma Solutions in 2014 and is currently the CEO of the organization.

Asif possesses in-depth technical and functional knowledge in pharmacovigilance & Safety products, with expertise in Oracle Argus, ARISg, IRT, agXchange, agRegister, and AERS. He has a strong track record with experience in data migration, data warehousing, and database administration. Asif excels in establishing practices, standards, and technical procedures, and is well-versed in designing, deploying, and operating highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Phanindra Singh is the Associate Director of Operations and has been a part of the 4C team since the organization's inception. He has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing multiple Pharmacovigilance teams. With over a decade of experience in PV operations, Phanindra has overseen various PV activities, including the Medical Information Contact Center, case intake, case processing, complaint handling, case submission, literature search & assessment, safety database implementation, aggregate reports, and other safety services. Here at 4C Pharma, Phanindra is responsible for the day-to-day PV operations at 4C and is based out of India.

With 26 years of experience as a meticulous and result-oriented Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator & Engineer, Keshavan excels in Cloud Services, IT Security, System & Network Administration, and Virtualization. His proven track record includes leading teams in end-to-end IT Infrastructure Management and project execution. He possesses a deep understanding of Information Security Audits, Network Security planning, Server Hardware, Virtualization technologies, and Windows Server installation & Configuration. His expertise extends to optimizing resource utilization, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, and efficient leadership.

Row, a highly experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional, brings with him over 15 years of dedicated industry expertise across a diverse range of areas, including pharmacovigilance, data management, supply chain management, clinical research, laboratory operations, and Bioequivalence (BABE) studies. He holds a Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 & ISO 27001, indicating his commitment to delivering high-quality and compliant services to clients. Row's in-depth knowledge of various industries, coupled with his proficiency in implementing stringent quality control measures, make him a valuable asset to any organization.
